- Send your eyeglasses and repair form to our Columbus, Ohio repair center. Address it to: All American Eyeglass Repair, 999 Bethel Rd., Columbus, OH. 43214. Protect your frames during shipping by wrapping them in cloth or bubble wrap and placing them in a sturdy box.
- When we receive your eyeglasses, we will contact you that same day with a firm price to repair them.
