What We Don't Handle for Our Clients in New Orleans
To set clear expectations before you print out your free shipping label:
- Scratch removal β buffing out scratches distorts the prescription lens surface. Scratched lenses must be completely replaced elsewhere.
- Frames that have gone brittle β older plastic frames that have dried out or turned chalky from years of intense heat and humidity cannot safely hold a weld.
- Melted or warped frames β acetate frames severely warped by being left on a dashboard or inside a car during a hot New Orleans summer afternoon usually cannot be reshaped.
